Domestic Monthly Payment Plans

We can offer domestic customers an interest-free domestic monthly payment plan that allows you to spread the cost of your fuel supply over 12 months. The payment plan puts you in control of your account with no large or unexpected bills. We will calculate your estimated oil usage throughout the year and we set up your direct debit payment to be collected. If usage changes, we will recalculate the amount you owe and adjust your payments up or down accordingly having discussed the changes with you. We review at every order to monitor your usage and expenditure.

Tank Monitoring Solutions

You can become a VIP customer by ordering an electronic monitoring device and gain priority over the busier months. The watchman and signalman system records your daily tank levels which works on a simple SIM card and automatically advises you or us or both of your needs without you needing to even check the tank yourself and takes away the worry of ever running out again.

Tank Removal and Replacements

In the event you require a replacement tank, we offer the service through a third party company. Whether you require a plastic or steel tank it will be replaced so as to meet all current legislative requirements. The service would normally include existing oil being uplifted, disposal of the old tank, any changes in tank base and support required and the return of your oil into the new tank. A survey will usually be required however we will endeavour to assist in a prompt turnaround in emergency situations.

Domestic Top Up Scheduled Plans

We can arrange your fuel supply to come at regular intervals throughout the heating season with our top up plan. We can fill your tank at every visit or arrange to deliver a smaller quantity if preferred. We will notify you at the beginning of each heating season the dates for the forthcoming year and will top up your tank 4 times per season at 8 week intervals. By being able to cluster deliveries we can normally pass on price savings to you. We can set up any delivery schedule, bespoke to you, the customer.

Commercial Top Up Scheduled plans

We can arrange to supply any fuel or multi-fuel deliveries to one site or multi-sites. Simply let us know the grades, sites, quantities and the delivery pattern required. If your usage is erratic or seasonal we can arrange to install automatic telemetry to monitor your supply.

Payment Terms – Domestic Accounts

Payment is taken at the time of order by pre-authorised debit card. (We accept all major debit cards).

We also welcome monthly fixed Direct Debit payments to let you spread the cost, interest-free. We can help you avoid large monthly outgoings in the winter months by dividing the cost equally throughout the year. Your monthly payment is calculated per order to ensure you are keeping up to date with your consumption. You can select your own payment date on the 1st, 7th, 15th, 22nd or 28th of each month.  We can also arrange to debit the full cost of delivery when your invoice is due.
